Royal Handicraft, nestled in the heart of Udaipur, is a story of vision and legacy, a tale that began in 1988 with the foresight of our founder, the innovative Shri Chand Khathuria. His dream was to create a beacon of Indian craftsmanship, an ambition that has since blossomed into a reality. Today, our legacy thrives under the dynamic leadership of his son, Sumit Khathuria, who has infused the company with modernity while honoring its rich heritage.
Our state-of-the-art facility spans an impressive 50,000 sq ft, where the ancient art of Indian craftsmanship is nurtured and brought to life through modern designs and techniques. The heart of our operation is the 30,000 sq ft production area, complemented by a 5,000 sq ft experience center that showcases the elegance and diversity of our creations.
From the very beginning, our mission has been clear: to create exquisite, handcrafted pieces that tell a story. Our journey started in the vibrant markets of Jaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai, where our unique designs first caught the eye of local connoisseurs.

In 1997, we took our first step onto the international stage, a significant milestone that marked the beginning of our global expansion and the beginning of our outreach to worldwide markets.
Sumit Khathuria has not only continued the growth of Royal Handicraft but also established Royal Art & Export in 2005. As a subsidiary, Royal Art & Export represents a new chapter in our journey, diversifying our reach and enhancing our offerings, while Royal Handicraft remains the cornerstone of our traditional craftsmanship and legacy.
At Royal Handicraft, we are more than just artisans; we are storytellers, weaving together tradition and innovation to create pieces that are not only visually stunning but also rich in history and culture. Every item we produce is a testament to the skill and passion of our team, a reflection of our dedication to keeping the legacy of Indian artisanship alive and flourishing in the modern world.
